Breaded Malagos Curd Cheese with Marinara Sauce

250 – 300 grams Malagos Curd Cheese
2 whole eggs, beaten
½ cup flour
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (plain Japanese breadcrumbs with 1 T dried basil
leaves, 1 t garlic salt,  1 T dried green onion flakes
1 cup oil for frying
1/3 cup bottled marinara sauce

Cut curd cheese to half inch batons. Dredge the batons in flour, in the beaten eggs, lastly, in seasoned breadcrumbs. Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.
