Baked La Regina

Ingredients

  • La Regina

  • Dried fruits and nuts

  • Jam, Honey, or Bignay nectare

Materials and equipment

  • Oven

  • Aluminum foil

  • Sharp knife

Remove plastic protective packaging. Cut off the top of the parchment paper to reveal La Regina, leaving the rest of the wheel wrapped.

Wrap the wheel with aluminum foil. Make shallow cuts along the top of the wheel with a sharp knife and bake at 250C for 20 minutes.

Top with chopped dried fruit and nuts. Serve warm with Honey, Mangosteen Jam, or Bignay Nectare.
